Historical Society to Host Talk on Irish Defence Forces History

The Ballybofey, Stranorlar & District Historical Society will hold a talk on the history of the Irish Defence Forces on Monday 28 September.

The presentation will be delivered by Stranorlar native and former Irish Army Captain Michael McNulty, covering the army’s development from its beginnings to the present day.

The event follows the Society’s members’ meeting, which runs from 7 pm to 8 pm at Henderson Hall (F93 XV29). The talk begins at 8 pm in the main hall and is free of charge, open to the public.
