Limerick groups receive share of €1.1 million Impact Fund

Two Limerick‑based organisations have been awarded part of rethink Ireland’s €1.1 million Impact Fund for 2025.

Dóchas Mid West Autism Support will receive funding for its project “Designing Inclusion: 3D sensory products by and for the autism community”.

Limerick City Trust is set to receive funding for “Carving the Future in Stone: Stone skills for inclusion”.

The annual Impact Fund is intended to back innovative, community‑led responses to major challenges affecting communities in Munster. A fund spokesperson said the 2025 projects address interconnected issues such as social exclusion, barriers to employment and wellbeing, and environmental vulnerability.
