Vanessa Trump declares she is cancer‑free after breast cancer diagnosis
Vanessa Trump, the former wife of Donald Trump Jr, has announced that she is cancer‑free following her breast cancer…

American single mother Cindy Banda, 46, is struggling to pay more than $25,000 in medical expenses after treatment for breast cancer.
Banda, who lives in McAllen, Texas, had her right breast removed a year ago and is awaiting reconstruction surgery. The procedure, along with chemotherapy and radiation, has left her with substantial out‑of‑pocket costs despite having insurance through her job selling internet services.
She is a mother of six biological children and has taken in three more after her sister’s death, meaning she needs roughly $7,000 a month for utilities, mortgage, car payments and groceries. The financial pressure is compounded by a $1,300 car loan and a $7,500 deductible that must be met before further treatment can be scheduled.
A recent Fox News poll shows about half of registered voters consider healthcare costs a major problem, up from just over a third four years ago. An AP‑NORC poll found voters are now nearly twice as likely to trust Democrats over Republicans on health policy, a shift that Banda says is influencing her voting considerations after previously supporting Donald Trump.
Despite the challenges, Banda returned to work two weeks after her appointment, selling Spectrum Wi‑Fi door‑to‑door in the Rio Grande Valley, hoping to restore income for her family.
