German AI start‑up Marble Cognition has raised $3.75 million in pre‑seed funding to scale its agentic AI software platform.

Founded in 2025 and based in Munich, the company aims to capture operational processes within firms and convert them “into systems AI can read” before deploying AI “coworkers” to assist with manual white‑collar work. The new capital will be used to scale inference, grow Marble’s engineering team in Munich and launch the service in the United States.

The funding round was co‑led by Heartcore Capital and Seedcamp, with participation from angels including a board member of Datadog, a founder of Personio and executives from McKinsey, Mistral AI and Lovable.

Co‑founder and CEO Felix Rösner said the platform observes how teams work, turning every process into a structured map that AI can read like code, before creating agentic coworkers that run each process end‑to‑end while keeping humans “in the loop where judgement matters”.

Marble works with tech unicorns, private‑equity‑backed firms and AI roll‑ups such as EGYM, Mutares and Enam. The company stresses that all captured data is anonymised, with the desktop app recording only screen activity, clicks and keystrokes within business applications during working hours, and allowing employees to pause recording at any time.
