Keanes Jewellers in Limerick has been named Jewellery Store of the Year 2026 at the Elavon Retail Excellence Ireland Awards.
The award, one of the most prestigious honours in Irish retail, recognises retailers that set the standard for customer experience, innovation and excellence. Keanes was selected after a judging process that included mystery shopping and a store visit by Matthew Brown (Echochamber) and representatives from Retail Excellence Ireland.
Director Patrick Keane said the accolade is a tribute to the Limerick team and highlighted the store’s recent refurbishment. In 2025 the Limerick outlet expanded into the neighbouring former H. Samuel Jewellers building, creating a modern, immersive environment for customers.
Keanes will mark its 25th anniversary in Limerick in 2027 and the wider company’s 80th anniversary in 2028, with Mr Keane noting the city’s support and the store’s long‑term commitment to the area.
