Donegal County Council has granted planning permission for the conversion of an existing storage facility into three single‑bedroom apartments.

The development, located at 11 Main Street, Dungloe, will be built over the premises of Campbell’s Auctioneers, owned by Kenneth Campbell, who applied for a change of use.

In addition to the three apartments, the approved plans include provision of car parking, connection to the existing public sewer system serving the building and all associated site works.
