Cookbook launched to raise funds for Down Syndrome Limerick

A new cookbook titled Marie’s Kitchen has been released to support Down Syndrome Limerick.

The volume, compiled by Marie O’Callaghan, features family recipes, home‑baked classics and practical kitchen tips. O’Callaghan described the book as “a true labour of love” and said the dishes have been enjoyed around her family table for years.

The launch took place at the Technological University of the Shannon, with proceeds intended to aid the work of the charitable organisation.

Marie’s Kitchen is sold through selected local stockists and can also be ordered online via Down Syndrome Limerick for €29.99.
