Private medical scanning unit plans lodged in Newtowncunningham

Plans have been submitted to Donegal County Council for a private medical diagnostic scanning unit in Newtowncunningham.

The Buncrana‑based company WSR Energy Solutions Limited proposes a 107 square metre (1,100 sq ft) modular building at Monfad Business Park. The application states the facility will operate seven days a week, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and could employ up to seven people.

In addition to the scanning suite, the development includes associated car parking, connections to existing surface and foul water drainage, and other site works required for the project.
