Kerry SFC round‑of‑16 draw sets Dingle v Spa and Dr Crokes v South Kerry

The round‑of‑16 draw for the Kerry Senior Football Championship was announced on Saturday, outlining the fixtures for next weekend.

Reigning county and All‑Ireland club champions Dingle will open their defence against Spa at Austin Stack Park on Saturday 3 October at 7.15 pm.

South Kerry, who progressed after edging a Clifford‑less East Kerry, will meet Dr Crokes in Killorglin at 3 pm on the same day.

East Kerry have been paired with Mid Kerry for a 5 pm clash at Austin Stack Park, while Rathmore host St Kieran’s at Fitzgerald Stadium at 2 pm.

Other fixtures include Milltown/Castlemaine v Austin St Stacks (4 pm, Fitzgerald Stadium), Kenmare Shamrocks v West Kerry (1.30 pm, Fitzgerald Stadium) on Sunday 4 October, and Na Gaeil v North Kerry (2.30 pm, Austin Stack Park). Templenoe will face An Ghaeltacht at 3.30 pm, also at Fitzgerald Stadium.

All ties are scheduled at neutral venues, with the winners progressing to the quarter‑finals.
