German and Irish ambassadors tour Askeaton’s Coláiste Mhuire

The German Ambassador to Ireland, David Gill, and the Irish Ambassador to Germany, Maeve Collins, visited Coláiste Mhuire in Askeaton for a guided tour of the school.

During the visit the ambassadors met with pupils and staff, learning about the history and heritage of Askeaton and the activities taking place at the school.

Both diplomats explained their respective roles to the students and answered questions, after which the pupils presented their own special displays.
