A group of seven graduates from Munster Technological University (MTU) staged a photo‑shoot on Abbey Road, Dublin, to mark their graduation.

Student Cian Mac Suibhne, who completed a Bachelor of Science in Nautical Science, led the “Fab Seven” recreation. The snap was taken after the conferring ceremony in Bishopstown, Cork, on Wednesday 28 October.

Joining Mac Suibhne were fellow Nautical Science graduates Eoin Murran from Skibbereen, Rowan Glynn Johnston from Kenmare, Ronán Berrow from Moyasta and Noah Le Gear from Castletroy. The remaining two, Jamie Donovan from Ballygawley, Sligo, and Alan Cotter from Skibbereen, graduated with Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Marine Engineering.

The graduates walked the iconic zebra crossing, echoing the Beatles’ famous album cover while celebrating their new qualifications and future careers in maritime and engineering fields.
