Anthropic has submitted its final paperwork to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, moving the AI firm closer to a Nasdaq Global Select Market listing under the ticker “ANT” by mid‑November.

The company said the filing does not disclose the intended valuation or the number of shares to be sold, although earlier reports suggested a possible valuation of $1.5‑trillion to $2‑trillion. Anthropic’s most recent funding round earlier this year valued it at $965 billion.

Anthropic’s filings show first‑half‑year revenue of nearly $16.3 billion, a 1,300 percent increase from $1.1 billion in the same period last year. Operating loss fell to $4 billion, while a net loss of $80.7 billion reflects accounting adjustments linked to financing agreements.

Since its founding in 2021, the company has invested more than $19 billion in AI infrastructure and has multibillion‑dollar commitments with major tech firms, including at least $45 billion with Microsoft, $114.5 billion with Google, $110 billion with Amazon and up to $120.5 billion with SpaceX. Broadcom has secured $63 billion from US banks to finance AI chips for Anthropic, and the firms plan to use 3.5 GW of Google’s tensor processing unit capacity.

Anthropic also announced that at least 5 percent of its shares will be allocated to a funding entity for public‑good donations.
