Woman sentenced to 2 years 9 months for laundrette robbery
A 47‑year‑old woman, Ennis Dunne, was sentenced by Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to two years and nine months…

Sinn Féin has confirmed it fully supports a Garda investigation into Liberty Recycling Ltd, a charity chaired by TD Aengus Ó Snodaigh.
The charity, which describes itself as a “social enterprise that aims to provide people affected by drugs with stability, work experience, skills and confidence”, was founded in Ó Snodaigh’s Dublin South‑Central constituency and employs 65 people nationwide.
Following concerns raised by the Charities Regulator, the Garda National Economic Crime Bureau conducted searches last year and again this week. During the latest operation, Gardaí seized two BMWs and designer goods worth €40,000.
No arrests have been made, and Deputy Ó Snodaigh has not been contacted by Gardaí. Sinn Féin said the TD has engaged with the regulator and will cooperate if required.
